It depends. You might be able to claim that Ray is using it to get donations and cash. One isolated incident won't suffice, but we all know Ray will use Tony's videos so much that you'd think the guy was never laid off.

As for Tony's material, I'll bet that when he signed up with Ray and his bunch, there was a clause that whatever materials he produced under the banner of LWP, was LWP proprety.

I would think that this is the case. LW is free to use any of Miano's shit that he did when he was with them. That is generally how contractual agreements work.

Barry Gordy would not let the Jacksons retain the "Jackson Five" name, he considered that name to be his property. Roy Crock did the same thing to the McDonald brothers after he bought the franchise -- they had to change the name of their burger joint to something else.

IT does seem cold -- but it's not just in the heartless business of fundie-ism where it happens.

And yes, I bet Tony Miano is no t allowed to use any of the shit that he did with LW in his new ministry -- it's LW property.

Even colder is that there's no link to Tony's blog. Not appended to the video, not on the sidebar, seemingly not anywhere. Maybe Tony's farewell post? Otherwise, it's like LW just wants little to do with Tony that doesn't keep eyeballs on LW websites.
