Matthew 24 - Was written after the Temple had been destroyed it is not a prediction when you are writing after the fact. Plus a bunch of things that happen all the time throughout humanity, and some even before humans like earthquakes, is also not a prediction.
Luke 21 - Same passage from Matthew 24, again not a prediction when written after the fact. This is also where Jesus curses a fig tree for not bearing fruit out of season.
1 Timothy 4:1-5 - Yes people will not believe you, that is not a prediction either.
2 Timothy 3:1-9 - Again saying things that are part of human nature is not a miracle style prediction of the future but a prediction based on the behavior of men and not impressive. So yes humanity will love money as long as money is being used for goods and services, yes there will always be people who are selfish and out for themselves, etc...
The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head.
