I could see getting into it...

I have actually tried to meditate....truely..really...tried. The result was always the same.

I've tried to meditate a few times but could never really get into it. I found Tai Chi a lot more effective - for me anyway.

Greta Christina has talked about secular meditation.

I used to meditate "formally" and attended a Buddhist meditation group. I was criticized for not respectfully bowing to nothing so I quit that shit.

Now, when I'm having to wait, like at an airport, I'll sit, close my eyes, and become relaxed and content. I think it's meditation.

I quit meditating when I needed glasses.
