Froggie Makes Cider

OK, kids! We have a finished product!

I bottled two gallons yesterday, about 18 bottles of various sizes:



The next picture shows my capping machine, some caps and one gallon that I will bottle next week.

My nephew and I drank one bottle last evening and this batch is one of my best ever. Slightly dry but fruity.

I "sweetened" the cider in the clear bottles. The sugar doesn't actually make it much sweeter, but it will produce CO2 with the remaining yeast and produce a sparkling, or fizzy wine.
