Have to remember where I put that list...

A place to talk about specific theists and our interactions with 'em. Should we engage or dismiss? Are there effective strategies?

No problem. I'm sure he'll find Jesus again in time. He's there behind the couch all the time, so He's easy to find.
You were born. And so you're free. So happy birthday.

He's got Jesus, so no problem. If the four-year-old girl doesn't find Jesus, that's her fault.

If he's good with Jesus, no prob. It would be a nice gesture on his part, however, to at least try to bring the Gospel to the girl.

I know it's funny to mock their hypocrisy but they are good with Jesus. If they are chosen by Him, it's a one way ticket to heaven, and the disabled and underage kids sexually abused blessed can only hope they are accepted by Him.
These are the people who line up to condemn Lena Dunham, whom I have also condemned, challenging them to do the same for their own. They turn a blind eye to the crimes of their own and the innocent victims are expected to smile and keep their chin up and through tears, praise their abusers as good men of god.
It's a fecking joke, isn't it?
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? (Epicurus circa:300 BC)

For some reason, your comment reminded me of this podcast where they do reviews of xian movies. This movie is about a woman who has to forgive her rapist or something. "Loving the Bad Man".

Indeed. But it would be a better joke if it were funny.
