Count Me In

Societal values are pushed / squashed by political activity. Is the influence of religion increasing? Is skepticism being deemphasized? Help us understand it all...

I suppose it would be a waste of time to point out that they're wasting their votes on a non-citizen, non-resident, non-capitalist, non-Christian, likely non-existent non-politician.
Of course truth is stranger than fiction. Fiction has to make sense. (Mark Twain)

non-citizen- well, the Repubs want to amend the Constitution for Schwarzenegger, and Jesus is even better.
non-resident- isn't Jesus present everywhere, all the time? He's been a resident of the US longer than anyone else.
non-capitalist- not according to Conservapedia.
non-Christian- well, He wasn't a goddam Jew, was He?
non-existent- has that ever stopped Him before?
non-politician- wasn't toppling the moneychanger's tables a political act?
You were born. And so you're free. So happy birthday.
