I have an internet crush on Steven J. Sigh

Buckyball:Additionally, I've read there exists archaelogical evidence of child sacrifice, religious prostitution and a whole bunch of other related things for the Canaanites of the time.

Steven J:I've heard that there were religious prostitutes in quite a few countries (the practice is claimed to have occurred in both Tyre and Corinth) that God didn't feel obliged to destroy without mercy. And killing off male toddlers and babies seems an odd expression of moral outrage over the fact that the Canaanites may have been killing, well, male toddlers and babies.

Yeah, SJ (not the Society of Jesuits in this case) is inspirational.

I like the Rev, but i don't think he's an eloquent as Steven J. Slightly different writing styles, imho...
"Polymath" means "having learned much"; the correct word for "having failed to learn much" is simply "Ray".

Not only that, but the Chimp is a scientist: SJ is a well-informed non-scientist. As far as I know.

I have to agree with ya, although SJ also uses the same avatar as the rev has used in the past.

And while not definitive proof, I have also seen them both post in the same post at Ray's, it's the whole Batman/Bruce Wayne thing...

Has anybody ever seen them at a party together?

Actually, if StephenJ is Batman, does that make Ray the Joker? (Imagining Ray with clown make-up and a green mustache)
