Hey everyone, I came this was via the raydetratcors blog, via the ray comfort blog.

I'm a former fundamentalist christian, who over time came to the realisation that it was a big pile of fetid dingo kidneys and walked away and has never been happier. I got into reading the ray comfort blog when I was still a christian, someone recommended it as a good tool for witnessing, and all I read was ray being continually untruthful about the non christian position, and I was like "what the hell, if christianity is really all that, then why does this man have to resort such bullshit"

I work in community mental health, and the position of the christian church is that my clients are demon pocessed, and all they need to do is read their bibles, and pray more, not to mention undergoing exorcisms, and many of our clients who had been written off by the church because they followed their 'formula" and it hadnt worked for. Theres much about christianity that still does my head in, simply because I get to see its results in my job, and I hate seeing vulnerable people being put at risk, for my own sanity walking away was the best choice I ever made

Enough babble from me, I look forward to getting to know people

Howdy there from the Steeler Nation!

Tenebrae is a Catholic Church service I remember from when I was a kid.

Long story but this is the short version, prior to christianity I was a practicing witch. And during my years as a christian was always being accused of being an occult plant out to destroy the lovely christians. I picked the name tenebrae, because of its meaning, (shadows, darkness) and figured it would make the accusing muppets quiver  , unfortunately none of the numpties ever got the joke

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Welcome Tenebrae! A practicing witch? I feel like I gotta know more about that. Can you turn Ray into a truthful person by chance?
With a name like Smucker's, it has to be god.
